It all began when we had fried chicken in Korea for the first time. It tasted lighter, crispier, and better than anything we've ever had in America. Their secret ingredient? Rice flour. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find anyone making it the same way in the States. So we set out to do it ourselves.
We founded

because we believe we can bring out the best in fried chicken. And we're doing that by creating our own gluten-free rice flour batter and sauces using world-class flavors from Korea.
